Order Processing & Fulfillment
All of our journals are printed and shipped through our trusted print-on-demand partner. Once you place an order on our website, it is automatically sent for printing and fulfillment.
Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery:

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after production

International orders: 10–20 business days after production
Please note that holidays or carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all journals are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error, damage, or a defect with your order.
If you receive a damaged or misprinted item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Typos, color differences due to screen variations, or other design choices approved during purchase

Shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
