Each journal is printed to order by our partner, Lulu, which takes about 3–5 business days for production. After that, shipping usually takes: • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days • International orders: 10–20 business days You’ll get an email with tracking info once your order ships!

We work with Lulu, a professional print-on-demand company. They handle all printing, packaging, and shipping to ensure your journal arrives safely and beautifully.

Because each journal is custom printed just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a printing error, damage, or defect. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number & we’ll make it right.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order automatically goes into production and can’t be canceled.

Shipping times can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs (for international orders). If it’s been more than 15 business days since your order shipped (U.S.) or 25 business days (international), please contact us so we can check with Lulu.

First, check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office. If it still can’t be located, contact us and we’ll work with Lulu to investigate.

Yes! Lulu offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and times vary by region and are calculated at checkout.
